For the academic year 2025-2026, we received a total of £18,820 PE premium funding. The money has been used to help increase opportunities for participation in sport, increase our OPAL play offer for all and improve the children’s health and academic achievement. This year we have made further developments on our exciting OPAL journey, which has seen all playgrounds continue to be transformed with stay and play events allowing parents to join in the OPAL excitement. We have continued to enhance all zones of play which helped to maintain our Platinum OPAL award winning play offer. Langafel was also proud to be awarded the Gold School Games Mark which reflects the inclusive PE offer at Langafel.
